November 26, 2025 UWL Never Trails in Victory over Saint John's; Wins Ninth Straight Home Opener La Crosse, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's basketball team opened its 2025-26 home season with an 80-65 win over Saint John's University (Minn.) Wednesday afternoon in Mitchell Hall. The Eagles, ranked third on this week's D3hoops.com Top 25 Poll, improve to 6-0 on the season while the Johnnies drop to 2-3.

November 8, 2025 Saturday: 2 and whoa starts No. 8 Johns Hopkins completed an impressive weekend in Iowa by overpowering Wartburg while No. 3 UW-Oshkosh won another nailbiter and No. 23 Hope swept its WIAC foes. On the men’s side, No. 2 Randolph-Macon held off Gettysburg and Sam Grieger saved the day for UW-La Crosse again.

March 14, 2025 Catholic, La Crosse get big comebacks Catholic came from 19 points down in the second half, while UW-La Crosse rallied from 16 points down and the Cardinals and Eagles kept their teams in the NCAA Tournament for another night, as Catholic defeated Roanoke in overtime and UW-La Crosse knocked off Illinois Wesleyan. Meanwhile, WashU got the better of Wisconsin Lutheran again in the rematch, and the No. 1 seeds all advanced, handily.
